Exciting things!!!!

Last week was a bit out of the ordinary.  Mrs. Murphy traveled around to some classrooms for story time because the Library was being used as a classroom.

Our Spotlight was on Fancy Nancy and the amazing detailed
illustrations by Robin Preiss Glasser.

This week we have the Checker Board book series in the Spotlight and we are exploring World Book Kids for the first time this year.

World Book is one of the websites featured on the yellow bookmark I sent home with students a couple of weeks ago.  This is a great site for students to explore at home!

TumbleBooks!!!

This week our spotlight is on Biscuit!

Instead of reading a book aloud this week, we are exploring TumbleBooks
for the first time during the beginning part of our library session!

IMPORTANT: Each student is bringing home a yellow bookmark filled with login information for all the sites that are available for our students.

Your child can explore these sites at home by going to our district website and clicking on the Students tab.  Once there click on Research and you will see:

We hope that you take time to explore these sites together and enjoy all the resources we have available.

Have a wonderful week!
